p15r is designed for legitimate accessibility management purposes. You may use p15r to:
- Upload and manage accessibility audit reports
- Track accessibility issues and remediation progress
- Collaborate with team members on accessibility projects
- Generate and share compliance reports
- Manage document accessibility remediation
- Use our API for legitimate integrations
Prohibited Activities
You may not use p15r to:
Illegal Activities
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
- Violate export control or sanctions laws
Harmful Content
- Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Store or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Upload content containing personal data without proper authorization
- Store sensitive data (e.g., credit card numbers, SSNs) in audit reports
Security Violations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt our services or infrastructure
- Circumvent security controls or authentication mechanisms
Abuse
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Use the service in ways that could harm other users
- Create fake accounts or misrepresent your identity
- Abuse refund policies or engage in fraudulent chargebacks
- Resell or redistribute p15r services without authorization
Resource Abuse
- Use automated tools to excessively load our systems
- Consume excessive storage or bandwidth
- Use the service for cryptocurrency mining
- Use the API in ways that degrade service for others
Content Guidelines
When uploading content to p15r, you are responsible for ensuring that:
- You have the right to upload and use the content
- The content does not contain sensitive personal information (unless necessary for accessibility testing)
- The content does not violate any third-party rights
- The content is related to legitimate accessibility management purposes
API Usage
If you use our API, you must:
- Respect rate limits and use the API responsibly
- Keep API credentials secure and confidential
- Not share API access with unauthorized parties
- Not use the API to create competing products
- Attribute p15r when required by our brand guidelines
Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Warning and request to remediate the violation
- Temporary suspension of your account
- Permanent termination of your account
- Removal of violating content
- Legal action if required
We reserve the right to take any of these actions at our discretion. Serious violations may result in immediate termination without warning.

If you become aware of any violations of this policy, please report them to abuse@p15r.io. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
